I first sketched the concept behind YeaOrNay in 2008. The problem was clear. Most people have no idea whether the people elected, actually, represent them. Not by party. Not by talking points. By actual votes on actual dinner table issues. The technology to do it right did not exist then. It does now.
My kids are adults now and they care about this country. But like most Americans, they have had no reliable way to see whether the people they voted to represent them, are. I built this for them. I built this for their kids. I built this for your kids.
